The founder of this society is Late Shri Dattatraya Damodar Bhalerao.,

The society was established in 1925, with its great thoughts and main intention of spreading the light of education to the backward and remote peoples of the Saoner region.

The society established its first school at Saoner as "Saoner High School" in 1930.
